Reflexology

Cupping Therapy/Face or Body

An ancient form of therapy used to relieve congestion, break up fascia, relieve pain, break “stuck” patterns and help with range of motion. Cupping increases blood flow, encourages elimination of toxins and can be very effective in restoring balance. Facial cupping is effective in breaking up restrictions in the skin that cause wrinkles, increasing blood flow and draining lymph. Great for puffy eyes too!
